How long does it take to set-up and implement an Accountable Leader product?
It typically takes about 4-6 weeks to roll out a TAL product to your organisation. Set-up and implementation is a seamless process which can be tailored to suit your individual needs. TAL products come with comprehensive training and support to get the Client Administrator up and running and familiar with how to customise the product. User training options vary depending on the size of your business and how many people need to be trained. The flexibility of TAL means you can take as little or as much time as you need to customise the product to suit your business’ operations.
It is easy to customise?
Customisation is simple and intuitive and with all new subscriptions, customisation is included. The configuration interface is very user-friendly and anyone can do it. You don’t need to know anything about computer programming or coding to be able to use or configure a TAL product. All TAL products come with unlimited technical support and easy-to-read User Guides and Admin Guides.
How much does it cost?

How many users can I have?
There is no limit on the number of users you can add in TAL (with the exception of 'Lite' products). You can set up and modify your organisation structure in a few clicks. Adding, deleting, and editing users is straightforward and intuitive. Your Client Administrator Guide has instructions to step you through the process however, unlimited technical support means that if you get really stuck, you can call us and speak to a real person.
I already have a suite of compliant workplace documents and templates. Do I need The Accountable Leader?
Manual templates and sample documentation must be reviewed frequently to ensure they do not fall out of date. TAL's template documents and forms are managed centrally and are continually updated by experts so that whenever you create a new document using the system, you can be sure that the content is up to date with the relevant laws, standards and regulations.
